This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) specifies what personal data we collect from you, how we process it, and why we need it in connection with your visits to our website and through our online store available at https://stage.lenartmeble.weastronauts.com/ (“Sites”).

The Policy also explains what rights you have and how you can exercise them.

Your personal data is processed by two data controllers (“Joint Controllers”):

2. Kamil Lenart, conducting business activity under the name lenart24 Kamil Lenart, with its registered office in Mroczeń (63-604), Mroczeń, ul. Krajowa 184a, NIP: 6191991156, REGON: 521686497, registered with CEiDG (“lenart24”).

Both of these entities are jointly responsible for processing your personal data in connection with your use of our Websites.

Our goal is to protect your personal data while enabling you to contact us and allowing us to provide our services at the highest level. As technology evolves, this Policy may change, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any such changes.

You have the following rights, in the cases specified in Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), you have the following rights:

1. access to your personal data;
2. correction of personal data;
3. deletion of personal data;
4. restriction of the processing of personal data;
5. object to the processing of personal data;
6. to have your personal data ported;
7. withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
8. to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of applicable law.

Users of the Websites may exercise their rights regarding the processing of personal data by the Joint Controllers with respect to any of the Joint Controllers; but to make it easier for you to contact the Joint Controllers, it will be sufficient to submit your request to the contact point indicated at the beginning. We have agreed that the contact point will primarily be handled by DIG-NET.

The same Joint Controller is also responsible for preparing the information you are currently reading to notify you of a possible data breach if there is a high risk that your rights or freedoms may be adversely affected as a result, in accordance with Article 34 of the GDPR. The same applies to the exercise of your rights under the GDPR.

The joint controllers jointly determine the technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data in connection with your use of the Helpline.

The joint controllers process your personal data on the Websites for the following purposes and to the following extent:

• In order to obtain statistics on the use of specific features available on the Websites, to facilitate their use, and to ensure IT security on the Websites, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Websites, including the amount of time spent on each subpage, your location, IP address, device ID, and data regarding your web browser and operating system;
• for the purpose of marketing our Products and Services, as well as those of our customers and partners, including remarketing; for these purposes, we process personal data regarding your activity on the Websites and the information you provided in the newsletter subscription form (i.e., data that enables us to deliver the newsletter—your email address). In the case of remarketing, we use data about your activity to reach you with our marketing messages outside of the Websites, and for this purpose we use the services of third-party providers: Facebook (more information at pl-pl.facebook.com/privacy/explanation), and Google Ads (for more information, visit policies.google.com/privacy). These services involve displaying our messages on websites other than our own. You can find details on this in the cookie banner;
• to respond to your questions when you use our shared contact form on the Websites. In such cases, we process your contact and identification information, as well as the data you provide to us in your communications with us;
• to fulfill your orders in the lenart24 store (Joint Controllers use shared CRM software for shipping and inventory purposes to ensure prompt order fulfillment and verify inventory levels). In such cases, we process your order-related data, including identification and contact information as well as your address;
• to carry out joint marketing campaigns—in such cases, we process your contact information.

Your personal data regarding your preferences, behavior, and choices regarding marketing content may be used, if you give your consent, as the basis for automated decision-making to identify sales opportunities for the Sites.

When you browse our Websites, “cookies”—hereinafter referred to as Cookies—are used. These are small text files that are stored on your device in connection with your use of our Websites. They are used to ensure the proper functioning of the Websites, to provide you with personalized advertising, and to provide us with statistics.

These files allow us to identify the software you are using and customize the Websites to meet your individual needs.

“Cookies” typically contain the name of the domain they come from, how long they are stored on the device, and the value assigned to them.

We also use third-party cookies for the following purposes:

• analyzing customer activity—tailoring the content displayed to them based on their profile, which enables us to improve the management of advertising campaigns using analytics tools provided by Hotjar and Google Inc., headquartered in the U.S.

We use the data collected on the Website based on:

a) our legitimate interest in ensuring the technical functioning of the Websites, as well as for analytical, statistical, and marketing purposes, if you are already our customer;

b) based on your voluntary consent to the use of cookies to provide you with personalized marketing content;

c) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR in order to respond to questions you submit to us via our contact form, as well as to provide you with our newsletter upon your request; we will process this data until the termination of the agreement for the delivery of the newsletter;

d) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) (legitimate interests) of the GDPR, for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, including for shipping purposes and to defend against potential claims, including complaints.

Below you’ll find screenshots that will help you determine your identifier. We use this identifier to identify you. We may ask for it, for example, when you wish to access your data. Without it, it will be difficult for us to verify your identity.

When you use our Websites and social media profiles, if you give your consent, we will process your data contained in cookies and provide you with content tailored to your needs and expectations. This makes it easier for customers to navigate our offerings. This is made possible by “profiling”—that is, the processing of information about you that automatically tailors the content displayed to your shopping preferences.

We process your personal data when you visit our profiles on social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram). Personal data is processed in connection with our maintenance of such profiles for the purpose of promoting our business and providing users with advertisements for our products and services, as well as informing them about events and promotional campaigns organized by us. Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the Controller’s legitimate interest.

The Website contains plugins such as Facebook. When you view our website, which contains a Facebook plugin, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the social media administrators (service providers). The content of the plugin is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the website.

The purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the subsequent processing and use of that data by service providers, along with contact information, your rights in this regard, and the options available to you for configuring settings to protect your privacy, are described in the privacy policies of the respective service providers, including Facebook (https://pl-pl.facebook.com/privacy/explanation/).

You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on a page by using the appropriate browser extensions, such as script blockers.

Your data will be shared with third parties if required by applicable law, to fulfill your order, or to display content to you on the Websites. We share data with the following categories of recipients:

• our employees and associates responsible for serving you as a customer, our accounting department, and those who, on our behalf, handle marketing and maintain contact with you,
• third parties providing services on our behalf, including marketing firms and IT service providers, auditors, accounting firms, legal counsel, debt collection agencies, and other parties to the extent necessary for the purposes of mutual agreements entered into between us and other market entities.

If we use subcontractors to provide our services, we will take appropriate legal precautions, as well as appropriate technical and organizational measures, to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

We also share your personal data with service providers we use to operate the Website. Depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, these entities either act on our behalf or independently determine the purposes and means of processing your data. List of service providers:

In connection with the use of Google Analytics, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. The European Commission has not determined that an adequate level of protection exists for such data transfers.
